The expansion of the Ochsner St. Martin Hospital included the addition of approximately 30,000 square feet of new building area. This project presented unique design challenges associated with expanding the existing building, while also accounting for existing utilities and drainage in the final design. Coordinating with various design professionals, HTEC provided civil site design services, as well as a flood study for the site to determine the 100-year base flood elevation for the site.
