Cedar Creek Subdivision is a multi-phase, master planned residential development consisting of 315 Lots. HTEC was tasked with navigating entitlement, design, permitting and construction for our client. Through preliminary due diligence and site analysis, HTEC identified the unique challenges associated with this project. After analyzing the site's challenges, HTEC proactively incorporated an innovative design to improve the development's feasibility. By iterating multiple design scenarios, HTEC optimized the subdivision's design enhancing the project's efficiency for our client.
